UPT TI (Technical Implementation Unit for Information Technology) is a platform developed to meet the Information Technology service needs of the entire academic community at Mandala Institute of Technology and Science. This platform serves as a digital logbook and attendance system, equipped with strong authentication features to protect data and ensure that only authorized users can access the system. With this system, every activity related to attendance and logbook entries is automatically recorded and integrated, making it easier to monitor attendance and login history for users.

1. Digital Attendance System

  • Automatic Attendance Recording: Attendance is automatically recorded using an integrated login authentication system, such as user accounts tied to academic community members.
  • Attendance Log: Every attendance, including faculty and students, is logged with timestamps and location data, integrated with other relevant information for easy analysis.
  • Attendance Validation: The attendance process validates data to ensure accurate record-keeping.

2. Activity Logbook

  • Activity Tracking: Every activity performed by users, such as IT service usage or system access, is logged in the activity logbook.
  • Login History: Each login and logout event is recorded with time, IP address, and device information.
  • Data Management: Administrators can manage and monitor user attendance and activity logs easily.

3. Strong User Authentication

  • High-Security Login: The platform is equipped with strong authentication mechanisms, such as Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), ensuring that only verified users can access the platform.
  • User Access Management: Each user has specific access privileges based on their role, such as administrator, faculty, or student, which limits their access to certain data or features.

4. Login and Activity History

  • User Login History: Users can view their login history, including dates, times, devices used, and IP addresses used to log in.
  • Attendance and Activity Reports: Administrators can access reports summarizing user attendance and activity, generating reports for further evaluation.
