Registration Process

1. Initial Registration

• Prospective students visit the PMB website of Universitas Islam Jember and complete the online registration form.
• After registering, students receive a verification email to confirm the validity of the email address provided.

2. Admin Verification

• The PMB admin verifies the registration data submitted by prospective students.
• After verification, students receive an account to log in to the PMB website.

3. Completing Personal Data and Documents

• After logging in, prospective students can fill in their personal details and upload required documents such as their high school diploma, report cards, and photos.
• The system includes validation checks to ensure that the uploaded documents meet the required standards.

4. Data Validation and Selection Results Announcement

• After all data and documents are submitted, the admin performs final validation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• The results of the selection are announced via email and on the platform, allowing prospective students to check whether they have been accepted.

5. Re-registration

• Accepted students are required to complete online re-registration to obtain their student ID (NIM) and student card.
• All re-registration processes are conducted online through the system.
